39bed is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to all services on the platform, including Sports Betting, casino, jackpot, lottery, and all other categories.

By creating an account on 39bed, you confirm that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) you are using this platform voluntarily; (c) participating in such activities is not prohibited by law in your jurisdiction; (d) you are betting on your own behalf and not for any third party.

39bed reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Each user may hold only one account on 39bed. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, 39bed reserves the right to close them and forfeit any associated balances.

Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory — your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email must all be genuine. Incorrect details may cause issues during account verification and can result in delayed payouts.

Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. 39bed will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone requests this information, it is a fraudulent attempt — report it to the support team immediately.

Depositing from another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. 39bed only accepts payments from mobile banking accounts registered in the account holder's own name. Payments received from a different name will be refunded and the account may be subject to investigation.

To withdraw winnings from 39bed, your account must have a completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and the maximum per day is ৳5,00,000 — VIP members are eligible for higher limits.

The wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets. Once completed, any winnings from the bonus will be transferred to your real balance.

Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide, Sports Betting contributes 100%, slots 80–100%, and Live Casino 10–20%. The exact contribution rate for each game type is specified in the individual bonus details.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of claim — any unused bonus expires automatically after this period. 39bed does not allow multiple bonuses to be active at the same time; the next bonus will not activate until the wagering requirements of the current one are fully met.

Each Sports market on 39bed has its own detailed rules that should be reviewed before placing a bet. As a general rule, live bets are accepted after a match begins, and the cutoff for pre-match bets is typically 5 minutes before kick-off.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned, 39bed will generally refund the bet. However, in certain circumstances — such as when a sufficient number of overs have been completed — the result may be determined using the DLS method. In all cases, 39bed's decision is final.

If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 39bed reserves the right to void the affected bets and issue a refund. Any user who deliberately attempts to exploit a technical error will be considered to have violated the platform's rules.

• A maximum of 20 selections can be added to a single bet slip.
• A maximum odds cap of 10,000x applies to accumulator bets
• If odds change during a live bet, your bet will be confirmed at the updated odds — you will need to accept the new odds via the confirmation prompt.
• Any bet found to be associated with match fixing or unfair advantage will be voided.

39bed believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. The platform offers a range of protection tools that users can activate for themselves.

Deposit Limits: You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately. Lowering your limit applies instantly, while increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.

Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily suspend your account for a set period — anywhere from 1 week to 5 years. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or place any bets. Permanent self-exclusion is also available.

• Where there is any indication of money laundering or suspicious transactions
• Engaging in disrespectful behaviour toward other users or staff
