To place a bet on football:
1. Log in and from the top menu Bet Go to the section.
2. Select "Football" from the left-hand menu.
3. You'll see a list of ongoing and upcoming matches — click on the one you want.
4. In the match window you'll see various markets — Match Result (1X2), Total Goals (Over/Under), Handicap, and more.
5. Click on the outcome you want to bet on — it will be added to your bet slip. Enter the amount and confirm.

EPL, La Liga, Champions League, BPL football — all major league matches are available on 39bed. During live matches, head to the Live Betting section to see odds updating in real time.

The same process applies to all other sports — just search for the sport by name in the bet menu.

Odds & Markets
39bed by default Decimal Formatdisplays odds — the most widely used format in Bangladesh and the easiest to understand.

How it's calculated:
Winnings = Stake × Odds

Example — with odds of 1.85:
• If you bet ৳1,000 and win, you receive: 1,000 × 1.85 = ৳1,850
• This includes your original stake of ৳1,000, with a profit of ৳850

Example — with odds of 2.50:
• If you bet ৳500 and win, you receive: 500 × 2.50 = ৳1,250
• Profit: ৳750

Higher odds → lower chance of winning, but a larger potential payout. For example, odds of 5.00 mean the bookmaker considers this outcome unlikely — but if it wins, you get 5 times your stake.

You can change the odds format in your account settings — in addition to Decimal, you can also view odds in Fractional or American format.

Bonuses & Promotions
No, there's nothing extra you need to do — the welcome bonus Automatically is credited to your account.

How it works:
1. On 39bed, Registration Complete.
2. Make your first deposit of any amount (minimum ৳100).
3. Once your deposit is confirmed, the 100% bonus will be credited to your account automatically.

Example: Deposit ৳2,000 and receive a bonus of ৳2,000 — giving you a total balance of ৳4,000.

Maximum bonus: ৳5,000. This means even if you deposit ৳5,000 or more, the maximum bonus you can receive is ৳5,000.

A few important conditions:

App & Technical
There are usually a handful of reasons why the app won't open — try the steps below one at a time:

Step 1 — Close and reopen the app:
Force-close the app completely (swipe it away from Recent Apps), then reopen it. This resolves the issue in most cases.

Step 2 — Check for updates:
Older app versions can stop working without warning. Download the latest APK from the official 39bed site and install it over the existing version — your account data and balance will not be affected.

Step 3 — Check your internet connection:
Switch off mobile data and connect to Wi-Fi (or the other way around), then try again. Check whether other websites are loading in your browser.

Step 4 — Clear Cache:

Account
Account locks generally come down to one of three reasons — and the fix depends on the cause:

Reason 1: Consecutive incorrect password attempts
Entering the wrong password more than five times will cause your account to be For 30 minutes temporarily locked. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. Once that time has passed, you can also reset it using "Forgot Password?".

Reason 2: Security Concern
If there are multiple login attempts from an unfamiliar device or country, the 39bed system will lock your account to protect it. In this case, send an email to support@39bed.net with the subject "Account Lock" — include your registered mobile number and full name. Your account will be verified and unlocked within 3–6 hours.

Reason 3: You had set a self-exclusion or cooling-off period yourself
Before Responsible Gaming Once you set a self-exclusion or cooling-off period from the section, you will not be able to log in until that period has ended. A cooling-off period will lift automatically once it expires. Self-exclusion periods cannot be ended early.
